Since 2010, Andrey Kudakov has been the President of the Council of Eurasian Patent Attorneys, the only organization that unites Eurasian patent attorneys. This registry is currently the only active registry where registered trade names become available for online review, which is especially important given the lack of a state system for registering such brand identities. The website that contains information about trade names included in the register – reestrko.ru – is registered as a mass medium and serves the purpose of reducing the number of conflicts between market participants.
